The Jewel of [West] Africa! - Why not?

ARPS World idealises the construction of an urban development a town, in fact with exemplar dimensions and functionality in the arid region of Porto Novo, in the Island of Santo Antão, Cape Verde, following the moulds of a model-town, served with a sea port, airport, educational establishments, commerce and industry, sanitation and supply of utilities.

It is a feasible concept, which could be made possible by a joint venture between private enterprises and government, with both enjoying the benefits of future commercial and industrial developments. We would like to receive suggestions and comments about this idea, especially from possible investors with a vision.
