This site has been created by ARPS World as part of its Trade Promotional Program on behalf of Cape Verde.

The purpose of this website is to inform potential investors and the public in general about difficulties, possible and viable solutions for those difficulties, in the water and energy sectors in Cape Verde. We believe that tackling existing problems affecting those sectors, is the key for true and effective development of a country capable to offer great opportunities for trade and investment.

We are talking about building adequate infrastructures by means of utilizing natural resources in a sustainable manner. Projects to attain such goals are in themselves business opportunities, which could be fairly taken advantage of by wise investors.

The Republic of Cape Verde is going through a tremendous and exciting time of development, already counting with the support of the Millennium Challenge Account/Corporation and private investment. Cape Verde has become the fastest developing African country of the 21st Century

Cape Verde is now emerging as a top holiday destination and with great potential to become a favourite place for buying property by foreign investors. However, the lack of certain infrastructures, namely - yet again - in the water and energy sectors, may impair that progress in the long run.

Many goals have been successfully attained, but there is still a “little” more that needs and can be done.
