Introduction

Estevão Gomes, Managing Director and founder of ARPS World Ltd.

Born in Santo Antão, in Cape Verde, in 1959, Estevão Gomes was no stranger to hard work and financial hardship in his youth.

A primary school teacher, sous-chef in transatlantic cruisers and a butler trained in the old English school, he has travelled the world gaining valuable work and life experience for many years.

Estevão became an entrepreneur in Portugal over 20 years ago and has gained, as a result, a profound knowledge in business dealings and management. He is a charming, polite, diplomatic and intelligent individual, driven by a tremendous love for his native Cape Verde and Africa.

He started a successful employment agency almost 10 years ago in London and has created ARPS World Ltd in early 2006.

ARPS World Overview

ARPS World functions from its main office in London, England, managing a global network of associates specialized in web design, graphic design, business development, social communication and marketing.

Our office is equipped with several owned high-tech servers, functioning on both Linux and Windows platforms, and powerful internet connections.

We own over 500 registered internet domains for use in our Promotional Programs.

ARPS World main mission is to develop or improve Worldwide Trade and Investment Promotion on behalf of Portuguese-speaking countries, especially, the former Portuguese colonies in Africa [Cape Verde, Angola, Mozambique and Guinea Bissau].

However, ARPS World also branches into other objectives and fields, which, even though may be managed separately and distinctively, they are interconnected with our main mission:
